Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes. Every fragrance sold by Parfum House is 100% authentic and independently hand-decanted from a genuine retail fragrance bottle.

Will I receive the original brand bottle?

No. You are purchasing an independently prepared fragrance sample or decant. Your fragrance will arrive in a Parfum House sample vial or atomiser. Any original retail bottle shown in a product image is displayed solely for identification and illustration purposes and is not included.

What sizes are available?

Our standard sample sizes are 1ml, 5ml, 10ml and 20ml. Selected fragrances may also be available in additional sizes.

What does hand-decanted mean?

Hand-decanted means that the fragrance is carefully transferred from a genuine retail bottle into a separate sample vial or atomiser. The fragrance is not diluted, altered or imitated.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within two working days. Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed unless the selected delivery service specifically states otherwise.

Do you deliver internationally?

International delivery is available to selected destinations shown at checkout. Delivery availability depends on the destination and the postal or courier restrictions that apply to fragrance products.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges.

Can I return a fragrance sample?

Unused and unopened products may be eligible for return under our Returns and Refund Policy. Opened, sprayed or used fragrance samples cannot normally be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
